Running more than one location?

Both plans include 1 location. Each additional location is $20 a month, whether you are running a second brand, opening a new city, or splitting a partner deal into its own books.

Each location keeps its own service area, cleaners, clients, payouts, and reporting. You stay logged in once and see all of them from a single owner view.

Example: Pro plan + a second brand = $179 + $20 = $199 a month.

Pricing FAQ

The questions every owner asks before swapping their stack.

When am I charged?
Your card is collected at signup but nothing is charged for the first 14 days. On day 15, your plan ($79 for Starter, $179 for Pro) is charged to that card. After that, you renew monthly on the same calendar day until you cancel.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade from Starter to Pro the moment you want the extra modules (retention intelligence, hiring pipeline, reviews, AI analyst, integrations). Downgrade the same way. Changes are prorated, with no lockup and no upgrade fee.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your dashboard in two clicks. Your access stays open through the end of your current billing period. You keep export rights for your full data set (clients, bookings, payouts, profit history) so you can leave with everything you brought in.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
Yes. A card is required to start the 14-day free trial, but nothing is charged during those 14 days. Cancel anytime before day 15 to avoid being charged.
How does the multi-location pricing work?
Every plan includes 1 location. Each additional location is $20 a month, on top of your plan price. A second brand running on Pro would be $179 + $20 = $199 a month. Each location keeps its own service area, cleaners, clients, payouts, and reporting, with one owner login over all of them.
Can I migrate from Jobber, HouseCall Pro, or ConvertLabs?
Yes. CSV imports from Jobber, HouseCall Pro, BookingKoala, and ConvertLabs are supported out of the box. Clients, recurring schedules, pricing, and notes come across. Onboarding help is included on both plans so nothing slips during the move.
What about my existing website?
Keep it. CleaningMetrics is the back-of-house operating system: booking engine, scheduling, payouts, profit, retention, hiring. Embed the booking widget on your current site, or send clients to your CleaningMetrics-hosted booking page. Either way works.
