Running more than one location?
That is what the Scale tier is for. It includes 2 locations, whether you are running a second brand, opening a new city, or splitting a partner deal into its own books. Beyond that, each additional location is $50 a month.
Each location keeps its own service area, cleaners, clients, payouts, and reporting. You stay logged in once and see all of them from a single owner view.
Example: Scale + a third brand = $499 + $50 = $549 a month.

The questions every owner asks before swapping their stack.
When am I charged?
Your card is collected at signup but nothing is charged for the first 14 days. On day 15, your tier is charged to that card. Pick monthly ($199 Launch, $349 Grow, $499 Scale) and you renew on the same calendar day each month, or pick annual and pay for ten months up front (2 months free), renewing once a year. Either way, cancel anytime before day 15 and you are not billed.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Move up the moment you want what the next tier adds — Grow for hiring, reviews, and service areas, Scale for retention intelligence, the AI analyst, marketing campaigns, ad attribution, and multi-location. The Quo phone/SMS and Gmail integrations are on every tier, so reaching your own clients is never the reason to move up. Move back down the same way. Changes are prorated, with no lockup and no upgrade fee.
Do the tiers limit how many cleaners I can have?
No. Every tier includes unlimited cleaners. That is a deliberate break from Jobber, Housecall Pro, and BookingKoala, which price per user or per provider so your bill climbs every time you hire. CleaningMetrics tiers differ by which modules are switched on, never by the size of your team.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your dashboard in two clicks. Your access stays open through the end of your current billing period. You keep export rights for your full data set (clients, bookings, payouts, profit history) so you can leave with everything you brought in.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
Yes. A card is required to start the 14-day free trial, but nothing is charged during those 14 days. Cancel anytime before day 15 to avoid being charged.
How does the multi-location pricing work?
Launch includes 1 location and does not add more. Grow includes 1 location, then $100 a month for each one after that. Scale includes 2 locations, then $50 a month for each one after that. Scale is the multi-location tier, so a third brand on Scale is $499 + $50 = $549 a month. Each location keeps its own service area, cleaners, clients, payouts, and reporting, with one owner login over all of them.
Can I migrate from Jobber, HouseCall Pro, or ConvertLabs?
Yes. CSV imports from Jobber, HouseCall Pro, BookingKoala, and ConvertLabs are supported out of the box. Clients, recurring schedules, pricing, and notes come across, saved cards can be imported from your existing Stripe account, and a review panel re-shapes imported hourly and commercial clients to their real pricing without changing what they pay. Onboarding help is included on every tier so nothing slips during the move.
Do I get a website, or do I use my existing one?
Both work. CleaningMetrics includes a website builder, so every owner can publish a branded marketing site at their own domain, built on a drag-and-drop visual canvas with the online booking widget native to the page. Prefer to keep your current site? Point your customers to your CleaningMetrics booking page instead. Either way, the booking, scheduling, payments, and profit tracking run off the same platform.
How does online booking work for my customers?
Your customers enter their address and CleaningMetrics looks up the property automatically, filling in bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage, then prices the clean instantly. They save a card on file with a hold, and you charge after the job is done. Nothing ever charges without your click. No back-and-forth quotes, no manual invoicing.
