What is the CleaningMetrics affiliate program?
The CleaningMetrics affiliate program pays you a share of every subscription payment from the cleaning businesses you refer. You share your link, they sign up, and each month they pay, part of it is yours. There are two tiers, and moving up happens on its own.

The Partner rate applies to customers you refer after you move up. Customers you referred earlier keep the rate they started on.
How much is one customer worth?
Here is the math for one customer on each tier at list price. Commission is based on what the customer actually pays, before sales tax, so a discount lowers it.

Step 2
Share your link
Once approved, you get your own link and a dashboard. Anyone who clicks it and signs up within 30 days is credited to you, even if they browse around first.
Step 3
Earn when they pay
The 14-day free trial earns nothing. Your commission starts with their first paid invoice and every month they pay after that.
Step 4
Get paid monthly
Each commission is held 30 days in case of a refund, then paid by Zelle once a month. Balances under $25 roll over to the next month.

Who is the CleaningMetrics affiliate program for?
Anyone with the trust of recurring cleaning business owners: business coaches, mastermind hosts, consultants, content creators, bookkeepers, and owners who keep getting asked what software they use. You do not need to be a CleaningMetrics customer to apply, and there is no cost to join.
How much do I earn per customer?
20% of what the customer pays for their subscription, before sales tax, for their first 12 months. A customer on the Launch tier at $199 a month earns you $39.80 a month. If a customer pays less than list price, for example with a discount, your commission is based on what they actually paid.
How do I move up to the Partner tier?
When customers you referred make 10 first payments within any 90-day period, you move to Partner automatically and we email you. Partner pays 30% for as long as the customer stays subscribed, on customers you refer from then on. Customers you referred before keep the rate they started on.
When and how do I get paid?
Each commission is held for 30 days after the customer's payment, then becomes payable. We pay once a month by Zelle to the email or mobile number you enter in your affiliate dashboard. The minimum payout is $25; smaller balances roll over to the next month.
Do I need to send a W-9?
Yes. We need a completed IRS Form W-9 (or a W-8BEN outside the US) before your first payout. Commissions keep building while we wait for it. You are an independent contractor, and where the law requires it we send you a Form 1099-NEC at year end.
What happens if a customer I referred cancels or gets a refund?
If they cancel, you keep everything already earned and stop earning on them going forward. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the commission on it is reduced to match. When that happens after you were already paid, the amount comes off your next payout.
Can I use my link for my own cleaning business?
No. Commissions are for businesses you refer, so your own subscription, and any business you own or manage, does not earn a commission.
Do I have to say that I earn a commission?
Yes. The FTC requires a clear disclosure wherever you share your link, placed where people see it before they click. Something like "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link" is enough. Paid search ads on the CleaningMetrics name and unsolicited messages are not allowed.
