How fast do you respond?
I respond within one business day, usually faster. I run my own cleaning business alongside CleaningMetrics, so I read messages between client jobs and at the start and end of the day. If you need a faster response, book a call.
What should I include in my message?
Tell me what you are running today (current software, rough client count, biggest pain). The more context you share, the more useful my reply will be. If you are exploring whether CleaningMetrics fits, mention which features matter most so I can answer specifically.
Can I get a demo before I join the waitlist?
Yes. Book a 15-minute call and I will walk you through the platform live, with real data, and answer specific questions about your business. The waitlist signup is for founding member status and early-access pricing, not for getting access to a demo.
Is this support or sales?
It is the founder. I do not have a sales team. Every message and call routes to me directly. That changes after public launch, but for now, talking to me is the only option, which is also the best one.
