How fast do you respond?
I respond within one business day, usually faster. I run my own cleaning business alongside CleaningMetrics, so I read messages between client jobs and at the start and end of the day. If you want an answer at a time you can count on, book a demo instead and pick a slot.
What should I include in my message?
Tell me what you are running today (current software, rough client count, biggest pain). The more context you share, the more useful my reply will be. If you are exploring whether CleaningMetrics fits, mention which features matter most so I can answer specifically.
Can I get a demo before I join the waitlist?
Yes. Book a demo (60 minutes, one-on-one over Zoom) and I will walk you through the platform live, with real data, and answer specific questions about your business. The waitlist signup is for founding member status and early-access pricing, and it is separate from the demo: you can book one today without joining anything.
Is this support or sales?
It is the founder. I do not have a sales team. Every message and call routes to me directly. That changes after public launch, but for now, talking to me is the only option, which is also the best one.
